SIX WOLF-DOG PUPPIES SAVED

Six neglected wolf-dog puppies were rescued by Women for Wolves from a hoarding situation in Big Bend, California, where they had been confined in a cage without the care they needed. Following their rescue, the puppies received veterinary care, proper nutrition, enrichment, and socialization before each was placed in a carefully selected, loving home.

Their story reflects our broader mission to provide second chances for misunderstood animals while educating the public about responsible wolf-dog ownership. In addition to rescue efforts, Women for Wolves operates a USDA-licensed sanctuary in El Dorado County, California, where 21 rescued wolf-dogs receive lifelong care, enrichment, and a safe place to call home. Through rescue, education, and advocacy, we work to improve the lives of individual animals while helping prevent future neglect and abandonment.
